You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging, and tags still attached (if applicable).
Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE GOODS
Sunkissed & Salty only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. If within 10 days of receiving your order, such a problem has been identified with your merchandise please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture and description of the defect. Damaged items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed.
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
